Ordering

We are dedicated to providing a safe, secure shopping environment for our customers. Our site is hosted on a certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant server. Every page is protected with a 128-bit SSL certificate which secures and encrypts all information on this site, including your personal data.

Yes, many of our items are eligible for engraving. For those products, you will find the engraving option listed on the product details page. 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.

We collect 7.25% sales tax for all orders being delivered to the state of Texas.

Please be aware that International customers may be charged VAT and/or customs duties when your order enters your country. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate or collect these charges on your behalf. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your local customs office and/or Post Office.

You should receive an order confirmation automatically within minutes of placing your order. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, please check your spam/junk folders first.


If you're still unable to locate your order confirmation email, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to resend your confirmation.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to make any changes; however, we are happy to accept returns for any reason up to 30 days after your purchase. Please visit our returns information page for additional information.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal US Holidays.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Around holidays, we'll still ship as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 business days for processing during these times.

Need it quick? Please let us know! We'll make every effort to accommodate your request. We also offer upgraded shipping options at checkout, should you need to ensure faster transit times.

Our shipping charges are based on the delivery method, size, weight, as well as the delivery destination.

We have a shipping rates calculator that's available when you add items to your cart, so you can estimate the cost before the checkout process!

You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking information. If you added a phone number for SMS/text updates, your tracking information will be sent via text, as well.

If your package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, your order will be restocked and refunded less the cost of shipping.

We are unable to reship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would like us to reship your order, please place a new order and be sure to double check the shipping address provided.

Miscellaneous

Our cremation jewelry is made out of 316L stainless steel, unless otherwise noted on the product description page.

We chose this metal for its anti-corrosion, tarnish and chemical properties. In addition, stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic.

No - and that's a good thing for you! The savings we are able to realize by not having the overhead of a retail store are passed onto you, our customer.
