We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
Cremation jewelry must be unused. All other items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com. Let us know your order number, name, item(s) you are returning and the reason for return. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please let us know if you prefer an exchange or refund. We will follow up within 24 business hours with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
You may choose how to return your item. For most items, the least expensive method will be USPS First Class mail. Please be sure to get delivery confirmation/tracking. We can't be responsible for items lost in the mail when returning to us.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to refund items that are damaged in transit back to us.
